8 Nikkor lenses to be released next year by Nikon

According to NikonRumors, Nikon will be releasing 7 Nikkor lenses and 1 telephoto lens next year.

Lenses that have a high change of coming out next year are as follows (note: should any already be existing, then they are new models to replace the old ones).

First Quarter of 2010:

Nikkor 85mm f/1.4

Nikkor 24mm f/1.4

(possibly) Nikkor 35mm f/1.4

Others:

(replacement for) Nikkor AF DC 135mm f/2.0D

(replacement for) Nikkor AF Micro 200mm f/4D IF-ED

(possibly) Nikkor AF-S 16-35mm f/4G ED VR

Nikkor AF-S 100-500mm f/4-5.6 IF-ED VR lens

Though unlikely, a Nikon version of the Canon 28-300mm

Nikon has released numerous lenses over each year, as follows:

2003 – 2 lenses
2004 – 2 lenses
2005 – 5 lenses
2006 – 3 lenses
2007 – 7 lenses
2008 – 7 lenses
2009 – 7 lenses + 1 telephoto

However, it remains to be seen whether all or any of these will be released. It seems likely that at least three will be featured in next year’s release of Nikkor lenses; CameraTech estimates that the amount released will be from 6-8 lenses.
