Samyang will keep releasing fast lenses

Samyang will continue to make new and fast (large aperture) lenses, to be announced in the first quarter of 2010.

According to PhotoRumors, there will be two different versions of a 35mm, designed for full frame.

A f/1.4 version will be available for Nikon, Pentax and Sony — and even a possiblity for Olympus, suited to fit the four-thirds system.

A f/1.2 version will be available only for Canon, due to Canon’s bayonet’s larger diameter making it possible.

Lenses should feature ED and at least one aspherical lens.
